By accessing or using ThaaiLearn, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform purpose
ThaaiLearn provides educational, programming-practice, assessment, training and placement-readiness features. Platform content and activities are intended to support learning and skill development.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing appropriate account information, protecting your login credentials and using your account only as permitted. You must not intentionally access another user’s account or allow unauthorized use of your account.
4. Student and organization information
Where ThaaiLearn is used with a college, institution or other organization, account access and platform features may depend on your membership, academic information, assigned role or permissions.
5. Learning and programming practice
Programming exercises, learning materials, quizzes, tests and related activities are provided for educational purposes. Users must not intentionally interfere with the compiler, execution environment, grading systems, test cases, platform security or other users.
6. Assessments and academic integrity
You are expected to complete assessments and learning activities honestly. Attempts to manipulate results, impersonate another user, bypass restrictions, obtain unauthorized answers or interfere with assessment integrity may result in restrictions on platform access or results.
7. Progress, scores and completion
Progress indicators, scores, practice history and completion information reflect activity recorded by ThaaiLearn under the rules of the relevant feature. They should not be interpreted as an independent professional qualification unless expressly stated.
8. Certificates
Where ThaaiLearn provides a certificate or completion record, it represents the completion or achievement described by that certificate under the applicable platform requirements. A certificate does not by itself guarantee admission, employment, placement or acceptance by another organization.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse ThaaiLearn, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, abuse communication features, submit unlawful material, scrape protected areas, circumvent security controls or use the platform in a way that harms ThaaiLearn or other users.
10. Intellectual property
ThaaiLearn software, branding, platform design and original learning materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of those materials to users.
11. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, modify, replace or temporarily suspend platform features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available without interruption.
12. Account restrictions
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, violations of these terms, invalid organizational access or protection of the platform and its users.
13. No placement guarantee
ThaaiLearn supports learning and placement readiness. Registration, course completion, programming practice, assessment results, certificates or use of the platform do not guarantee employment, an interview, selection, placement, salary or any particular career outcome.
14. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThaaiLearn is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of educational content, practice results, automated scores or other informational features. Users remain responsible for how they use the information and skills obtained through the platform.
15. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves or operational and legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
